I always liked to see the results of my work. I came to work at YEO in 2003 at the very beginning when a company just has been established. Thanks to highly qualified, motivated and educated workers, YEO has become an internationally recognized company in Industrial Automation & Electrification. We work in a high-tech industry and so that we can survive, satisfy the wishes of customers and stay one step ahead of the competition, we need to adapt, change and improve every day.
Since customers are located in different countries and on different continents, most often we contact them electronically, by phone and sometimes using the Whatsapp application. It is very important for us to be accessible and responsive, despite the distance, and also to create personal and friendly relations with the most important customers, because this is how we often learn about market trends and upcoming projects. Sometimes you have to go on business trips to visit important clients in Europe, Middle East or Africa. We are proud to provide high-quality YEO solutions to customers and we make sure they know  that we always think about innovations and improvements.

In search of new professional challenges and opportunities to develop my potential, I was not determined to work with one employer for more than several years.
